Corrosion is commonplace where pipeworks support met pipes during operations and onshore / off shore industry due to Metal-to-metal (M2M) contacts existing at point of jointing or seaming.
Clips are formed from thermosetting half-round plates that snap onto pipe clamps, brackets and girts to prohibit direct metallic contact between the pipe and the clamp, bracket or girt.
